Chet Baker Quartet
Cheaply produced German LPs from a 1980 Cologne concert. The tunes are overlong, with too much of the sidemen, and not enough Chet. All of the solo's (even Chet's) seem to meander.

Overall, the sound quality is poor, and Chet's playing is below average. Circle Records release several LP's of this quality in 1980-81. They are now rare, but only collectors need to seek them out. Others can avoid these issues. Interesting to note: If you listen to the last part of Just Friends on headphones (during the bass solo), you can hear Chet mumbling some expletives!
